Criteria for Nominees:

Sim must exhibit an extraordinary design, not exclusive to layout or graphics
If the sim is using a skin available to the public, the sim must demonstrate how much it has deviated from the original stock design
Website must be aesthetically pleasing, clear to read and understand,
